When the device needs to be charged, the band around the centre of the device will glow orange.
To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter, then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. Always use a charger/wall adapter that has a maximum 5V output. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.)
If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.
During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.
Never leave your ZIIP to charge on a flammable surface.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.

Microcurrent is a low-intensity electrical current, commonly used as a non-invasive electrotherapy to improve the appearance and health of skin. Usually administered using a small, handheld device, tiny electrical currents are conducted safely using a conductive gel, applied to the skin before each treatment.
Microcurrent is clinically proven to be safe when used on the skin due to the use of such low levels of electrical current. Although, each individual's skin and muscle sensitivity to electrical stimulation can vary, meaning some individuals may be more sensitive to the tingling sensation that Microcurrent causes.
Microcurrent technology is widely recognised as a safe, non-invasive cosmetic treatment when used as directed.

ZIIP HALO should not be used on:
- Areas of skin that are raised, bleeding, painful to touch, broken or excessively red.
- Areas where there is facial hair. The hair acts as a blocker to ZIIP's electrical currents.
- Areas of skin that have been pierced/has a piercing.
- Any other part of your body other than the neck and face.
To clean your ZIIP Microcurrent device we recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down your ZIIP removing all gel after every use.
After every use, with a soft cloth, wipe your ZIIP free of gel. Then lightly spray your clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe your ZIIP down paying close attention to cleaning around the globes, the white silicone and around the band that is around the ZIIP making sure to remove any gel residue, then wipe off with a dry cloth before storing.
Please keep your ZIIP away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your ZIIP HALO in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals. When using your ZIIP, be sure to keep the charging port free of any conductive gel. This will help ensure your ZIIP HALO continues to perform at its best.

The improvement in my skin is remarkable
I have never gotten this type of chisel from gua Sha. My skin is smoother and feels more lifted. First of all, I've been using Nuface device for years and I'm on the fence whether it actually made any difference.
