Your ZIIP App Questions Answered

The ZIIP App is a free app available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It can be used on iPhones, iPads, and Android phones.

1. Turn on your phone/tablet.
2. Open the ZIIP Beauty App & Select a treatment.
3. Turn on your nearby ZIIP device.
4. Choose desired treatment, then click "Start Treatment."
5. When successfully synced, your device will beep/flash 3x.
6. Your screen will then prompt you to "Press play to begin treatment." Press play.
7. Apply a conductive gel, or if you have already, skip ahead & begin the treatment.

ZIIP is compatible with any Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running on iOS 14.1 or later. Please contact support@ziipbeauty.com with any further questions.

Because of the vast amount of makes/models of Android devices, we will not list every compatible device here. However, ZIIP is generally compatible with Android phones that are running Android version 5.0 and up. ZIIP is not compatible with Android tablets.
