The ZIIP App is a free app available in the Apple App store and the Google Play store. It can be used on iPhones, iPads, and Android phones.

When the device needs to be charged, the band around the center of the device will glow orange.
To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter, then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. Always use a charger/wall adapter that has a maximum 5V output. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.)
If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.
During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.
We recommend waiting 10 days after receiving an injectable or laser procedure before using ZIIP. Please consult your physician with further questions.
I’ve been using the Ziip Halo for about 3 weeks now and it seems to work as advertised!

I am 59 and my biggest complaint are my wrinkles around my mouth (looks like I’ve smoked, but I don’t), and saggy jowls.
My mouth is about 80% improved and my jowls are getting tighter!
My only complaint is the cost of the gels. The Ziip was a splurge for me and the gels are pretty much cost prohibitive. I will definitely try other gels. Overall, I’m impressed and happy with my purchase.

I love it so much that i use it almost daily. My friends can hardly believe my age. I have noticed my skin looking firmer and more of a glow. I no longer wear face makeup. However, i do still wear concealer along with a little eye makeup. Im happy I chose to go this route with my skin care.
I really like the high quality of everything in this set. It's so great that there's video and synchronization; it makes self-care easier and saves time.
I have been using this product for a while now and already feel so much better for it. At first like with anything it’s hard to notice any immediate results but you can feel the device working. After a few weeks I noticed that my skin felt tighter and firmer in the areas that I have used it. With extended use I retain this more youthful feel in my skin with results not only being felt but true results showing!
